Boosterville Launches Book Bike Fundraiser for Zionsville Public Library’s Foundation

Jill Turcic Nonprofit

We’re excited to be working with the Hussey-Mayfield Memorial Library Foundation and the Zionsville Public Library to help fund a book bike. The Foundation is using Boosterville‘s Text for Good™ technology to collect donations for the fundraising campaign. To donate, supporters can send the following text message: DONATE 102890 to 317-333-6764 or click this link.

The new library book bike will enable librarians and staff to greet patrons with books and library services at various locations throughout Zionsville. According to Foundation Executive Director, Kimberly Olivares, “ZCS and Superintendent Dr. Scott Robison, are forever partners with our great Library, securing a generous ZCS donor to co-sponsor our Book Bike program! We’re now halfway to our goal! Plus, Dr. Robison has pledged to ride the Book Bike through schools, once it is completely funded!” Click here to donate now and help make that happen.

The bike is being built by eBoom Electric Bikes, also based in Zionsville, Indiana. The library’s bike won’t look quite like the one pictured here but this gives you an idea of how fun it will be for children to receive a visit from the book bike.
